SAN JOSE, Calif. —
 No. 14 San Josè State (10-12, 0-3 GCC) will be returning home on Saturday, Nov. 5 at 1:00 p.m. PT to play against No. 7 Long Beach State (17-8, 2-1) to continue Gold Coast Conference Play. Then, the Spartans will play against No. 1 Cal Berkeley (17-1, 2-0) on Sunday, Nov. 6 at 12:00 p.m. PT at the SRAC. 

Looking Back 

  • Bende Pardi (26), Mark Kis (25) and Bence Szabo (22) all have scored at least 20 goals through the season thus far. 
  • Laszlo Szieben leads the team with 23 assists on the season so far. 
  • Against UCSB, Pardi led the way with three goals in total. 
  • The Spartans have played against 17 opponents all ranked within the top 20 to date. 
  • Niels Hofmeijer has recorded 38 sprints on the season to lead the team.
  • The Spartans played against Long Beach State once before and fell 9-12 at the MPSF Invitational at Stanford University. 


Next Up: The Spartans will play again at home against No. 5 Pacific on Friday, Nov 11  at the SRAC at 1:00 p.m. PST to wrap up regular season play ahead of the GCC Conference Tournament. SJSU will also celebrate senior day at home.
