COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Lara Marco Mas has been named Mountain West Women's Tennis Player of the Week, announced by the conference on Wednesday. Marco Mas won all three of her doubles matches and 2-of-3 of her singles matches as the Spartans played their first three dual matches of the season in Hawai'i.
- This is her first Mountain West weekly award.
- On the singles side, Marco Mas won 7-6 (7-5), 6-1 against Hawai'i and 6-0, 7-5 against Hawai'i Pacific.
- In doubles, Marco Mas and Carolina Millan beat Hawai'i and Hawai'i Pacific in both matches by a 6-3 score.
- Against Washington, Marco Mas and Alba Pedrero Galindo won their match, 6-2.
