KANSAS CITY, Mo.—San José State senior guard Omari Moore added to his season honors with first team All-District 17 honors from the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC). The honors were voted on by NABC-member coaches across NCAA Division I.
The 2023 Mountain West Player of the Year, Moore is averaging 17.5 points per game and has a team-best 157 assists. He is also a Lute Olson Player of the Year Finalist and is fifth all-time at SJSU in scoring with 1,280 points. His 576 points on the season is the fifth-highest season total in school history.
Moore is just the sixth Spartan to earn first team NABC All-District honors.
