KAMUELA, Hawaii - Carl Corpus fired a 198 (-18) to finish in a tie for second to lead San José State at the Amer Ari Intercollegiate.
- SJSU shot a team score of 267 (-21) in round three for a three-day total of 826 (-38).
- The team score is a new all-time low record, breaking their previous score of 816 (-36), which they shot in the fall season at the Ka‘anapali Classic Collegiate Invitational.
- Corpus shot an impressive final round of 64 (-8).
- He finished with a total of 18 birdies and an eagle over three rounds.
- Caleb Shetler shot a solid final round of 66 (-6) with nine birdies.
- Ivan Barahona recorded a 68 (-4).
- Kristopher Stiles fired a 69 (-3) to round out the Spartan lineup.
- The individuals also played well with Avinash Ayer shooting 65 (-7), while Keshav Mungali shot a 69 (-3).
