Jagielski Qualifies For Olympic Diving Trials

SAN JOSE, Calif - San José State diver Jenna Jagielski has qualified for the 2024 Team USA Olympic Diving Trials held in Knoxville, Tenn., from June 17-23 at the Allan Jones Aquatic Center. Jagielski will be competing in the 3-meter springboard and 10-meter platform dive. 

“I’m extremely proud and excited for this next step in Jenna’s career," said diving coach Mark Butcher. "She’s been putting in the time and effort, and this Olympic Trials qualification is the tangible result of her focus and hard work.”

  • Set a school record in the 1-meter springboard with a 323.40 to finish third at the Mountain West Championships. 
  • Set a school record in the platform dive with a 286.45 at the Mountain West Championships. 
  • The first SJSU diver to finish in the top 3 of the 1-meter springboard since joining the conference in 2013-14. 
  • Broke the school record in the 3-meter dive with a score of 349.60 to place third on the second day of the Mountain West Championships.
