LAHAINA, Hawai'i - Jed Dy shot a 70 (-1) to continue to lead San José State in the second round of the Ka’anapali Classic Collegiate Invitational from the Royal Ka’anapali Golf Course on Sunday.
- Dy is in 18th place at 136 strokes (-6) for the tournament going into the final day
- Ivan Barahona had the best day for the Spartans, shooting a season-best 67 (-4) and is -3 for the tournament, which is good for 36th place
- Zubair Firdaus also had a nice day for the Spartans, firing a 67 (-4) to go -3 for the tournament, and also is in 36th place
- Avinash Iyer and Keshav "KC" Mungali both shot a 74 (+3), and both are even for the tournament, which is good for 64th place
- Xuan Luo shot a 69 (-2) for the second day in a row as an individual and is in 32nd place at -4
- The Spartans finished as a team, shooting 278 (-6), which is good for ninth out of 21 in the team standings with 552 strokes through two days (-16)
