SAN JOSE, Calif. - Will McClendon was the lone Spartan to crack double figures to lead the San José State (7-8, 0-3 MW) men's basketball team in a 72-50 loss to Colorado State (8-6, 2-1 MW) at the Provident Credit Union Event Center.
- McClendon tallied 15 points and went 7-7 from the foul line.
- Sadraque NgaNga scored eight points on 4-6 shooting.
- Latrell Davis grabbed six boards, leading the team in rebounding for the second time this season.
- Nine of the 11 Spartans who saw action in the game scored at least two points.
- The Spartans forced the Rams into 16 turnovers.
- The Spartans were 2-23 from three point range. Pasha Goodarzi and Jermaine Washington were the lone Spartans to hit a three.
