SAN JOSE, Calif. - Latrell Davis scored 17 points to lead the San José State (12-15, 5-10 MW) men's basketball team in a 73-58 loss to Nevada (15-10, 7-7 MW) at the Provident Credit Union Event Center, presented by Rubenstein Supply Co.

  • The Spartans played without their two top scorers Josh Uduje and Will McClendon.
  • In addition to his 17 points, Davis knocked down three threes and collected three rebounds.
  • Davis now has scored in double-figures in nine consecutive games. In that span, he has hit a total of 29 three pointers.
  • Sadraque NgaNga tallied 10 points and collected five rebounds.
  • Robert Vaihola led the team with 10 rebounds, six of which were offensive.
  • This was the fourth time this season Vaihola has notched double-digit rebounds.
  • Vaihola has also grabbed 12 offensive rebounds in his last two games.
  • Donavan Yap scored nine points and dished out five assists.
  • Pasha Goodarzi knocked down two threes off the bench
