DAVIS, Calif.—Kylee Moore and Jaena Bell went 3-1 on opening weekend as the San José State beach volleyball team opened the 2025 season in Davis.
Moore and Bell’s three wins came in three sets against Santa Clara and Utah and a sweep versus UC Davis.
Shirley Morrison and Elon Milroy won in straight sets over Santa Clara on Saturday.
Sabrina Moore and Jada Hall won in straight sets Sunday against UC Davis.
UP NEXT – The Spartans host the Battle of the Bay this Friday and Saturday at Spartan Beach. Santa Clara and San Francisco will visit on Friday, while Saint Mary’s and UC Davis will be at the beach on Saturday. SJSU will play in the 10 and 2 p.m. duals.
