SANTA CLARA, Calif.--Spartan pairs Randi Reeves/Jada Hall and Shirley Morrison/Elon Milroy each won their matches Wednesday as the San Jose State beach volleyball fell 3-2 in a hard-fought dual at Santa Clara.
- Reeves and Hall recorded the first Spartan point with a three-set win, 21-17, 16-21, 15-10.
- Morrison and Milroy tied the match at 2-2 with a 28-26, 21-16 win.
- The dual came down to No. 3 pair of Alexandra Dale and Addison DeMarse.
- The Spartans won the first set, 24-22, before dropping the next two sets, 21-15, 15-6.
UP NEXT - SJSU finishes the home schedule on Thursday, April 10th, with a dual against Pacific beginning at 1 p.m., at Spartan Beach for Senior Day. Spartans Jaena Bell, Jada Hall and Shirley Morrison will be playing their final contest at Spartan Beach.
