BERKELEY, Calif.— Darcy Spark recorded a game-high of six goals to lead the No. 17 San José State women's water polo team (6-10, 0-4 MPSF) in a 22-10 loss against No. 4 Cal (10-3, 2-1 MPSF) on Saturday afternoon from the Spieker Aquatics Complex.
- Spark is first on the team in goals, now up to 60 on the season.
- Following Spark, Rose Jensen, Bridget Cranley, Mackenzy Clark, and Nynke Willemsen each contributed a goal in the game.
- Willemsen and Clark each recorded two steals, and Cranley tallied two blocks, contributing to the Spartans' defense.
- In the net, Tatianna Raffin notched four saves.
UP NEXT: The Spartans will make a quick turnaround and host No. 24 Pacific on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. from the SRAC.
