HIGH SCHOOL: A 2010 graduate of San Jose[apos]s Archbishop Mitty High School (Coach Bill Hutton)...Earned second-team All-Mercury News and honorable mention All-West Catholic Athletic League honors...As a senior he posted a 9-0 record, five saves with a 1.31 ERA while striking out 49 batters over 58.2 innings.
