FRESNO, Calif. - San Jose State women's swimming and diving put a bow on their 2019-20 regular season with a dual meet against conference rival Fresno State on Saturday. The Spartans had two individual winners and claimed the 200 free relay, but ultimately fell in the dual meet by a final of 203-94.
SJSU swept the top three spots of the 100 freestyle. Gabby Heng led the way with a 51.83 followed by Antoinette Loya (52.21) and Katie McIntee (52.44). The Spartans also had the top finisher in the 50 free as Madelyn Sailors led the pack with a 23.93.
In the day's final event, the 200 free relay "A" team of Loya, Heng, Sailors and McIntee won the race with a final of 1:34.21.
The Spartans have a couple weeks off before making the trip to Minneapolis, Minnesota for the 2020 Mountain West Championships February 19-22.
