SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Mateja Bosic scored three goals and tallied two assists to lead No. 14 San José State in their 10-8 win against No. 16 Fordham. In the second game of the day, Gal Haimovich scored three goals to lead the Spartans in their 10-9 loss to No. 6 Princeton.
Fordham
- Connor Macmillan, Bence Szabo, Louis Fehrensen, Erik Duesund, and Maro Tiozzo also scored.
- Bosic scored the first goal of the game on a power play.
- Goalkeeper Brendon Gyapjas had 12 saves on the afternoon.
- Mark Kis led the team in drawn exclusions with three to give the Spartans multiple power play opportunities.
- Duesund won the sprint in the first quarter to give SJSU starting possession.
Princeton
- Mitchell Keightley, Laszlo Szieben, Duardo, Bosic, and Tiozzo all put points on the board.
- Nikki Matheison led the team in assists with two.
- Gyapjas tallied 13 saves and one steal against Princeton.
- The Spartans drew 13 exclusions throughout the match for power play opportunities.
