Collin Audley joined the San José State women's soccer program as an associate head coach in May 2022. Audley came to the Bay Area after two years serving as Head Coach of the Long Island University women's soccer team.
In the 2022 season, Audley helped guide the Spartans to the Mountain West regular-season title, the Mountain West tournament title and an appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
Audley came to San Jose with eight years of collegiate coaching experience. Prior to his stint as head coach of the LIU Sharks, he spent six years as an assistant coach at the NCAA level, including one year as the assistant coach for the women's soccer team at the University of Kentucky.
At Kentucky, he was responsible for implementing training programs, as well as breaking down film for players, coaches, and recruits. While with the Wildcats, he participated in the UKAD Leadership Course and was pivotal in the development of an All-SEC Freshman Team recipient.
Audley spent two seasons as an assistant coach for the Stanford University men's soccer team. Under his tutelage, the Cardinal compiled a 31-6-7 record across two seasons. He was a member of the National Staff of the Year in 2017, helping lead the team to a National Championship. Audley coached back-to-back PAC-12 Championship squads.
In addition to Kentucky and Stanford, Audley spent time at the Colorado School of Mines and his alma mater, the University of Denver. As an assistant with the Orediggers, his team reached the NCAA Division II quarterfinals in 2015, following a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Championship.
After an impressive playing career for the University of Denver that included three All-Conference selections and a Newcomer of the Year Award, Audley played for both the Colorado Rapids and the Chicago Fire reserve squads in the Major League Soccer system.
Audley went on to become the Director of Operations and a volunteer assistant for Denver's men's team. In his one year with the Pioneers, the team won the Summit Conference, advancing to the NCAA Tournament.

"Collin was always a player who had an excellent understanding of the game of soccer. His intuition and ability to see the game at a high level allows him to see things several steps ahead of time. Those qualities carry over to him as a coach and serve the players under him to better understand the game and apply it at the highest level."
