LAKE ELMO, Minn.—Regina Roldan shot an even-par 72, and Moa Andersson remained in the top-15 to lead the San José State women’s golf team in the second round of the ANNIKA Intercollegiate presented by 3M. The Spartans finished the day in eighth place, finishing after a weather delay extended the round.
- Andersson is tied for 12th at 3-over 145 after shooting a 75 on Tuesday. She finished the round with seven pars and a birdie on the par-4 320-yard third hole.
- Roldan made the biggest jump up the leaderboard for the Spartans on Tuesday. She shot an even-par 72 to move up nine spots to tie for 23rd at 4-over 148.
- Roldan played her final nine holes (1-9) at even par, starting birdie-bogey and then made seven consecutive pars to end her round.
- Ting Yu Chang shot a 1-over 73 and is tied for 32nd at 6-over 150. She started the round with five made pars (10-15) and ended the day with four pars (6-9).
- Kleopatra Kozakiewicz shot a 75 and moved into 53rd, while Lotte Schuhr ended the day tied for 57th.
- The Spartans shot a 7-over 295 and are eighth at 17-over, 593. The team is four shots behind seventh-place Pepperdine and six shots from Oregon in sixth place.
- Wake Forest and Southern California are tied for first at 1-under 575.
UP NEXT – Final round action begins Wednesday at 6:40 a.m. CT. The Spartans start the day at 7:25 a.m. CT off the 10th tee.
